RETURN & REFUND

1. Returns
a. You can return unworn and unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange within up to 7 days from the date of receipt.

c. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
2. Refunds
a. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
c. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error during shipment.
3. Exchanges
a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain an RA number.
b. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange immediately.
c. If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, we will refund or provide an alternative solution.
4. Return Shipping Costs
a. Unless we made an error during shipment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
